Bay Terrace is not a huge neighborhood. In fact, it only encompasses thirty-three streets. The community is bounded by Great Kills Park to the south, Keegans Lane to the west, Siedenburg Park and Frederick Douglass Memorial Park to the north, and Buffalo Street.
